The RemoteAgent program is a free client program that acts as a telephone on a computer (a softphone). You could install the software on the same computer the gateway is running. If you do that, make sure to turn off the default one from gateway. With RemoteAgent software, agent does not need a physical phone to talk on the phone, he only need a computer headset.
